Radiant Safety Consultancy (Radiant) is aware of the utmost importance of impartiality & conflict of interests, when conducting inspections as type-A independent inspection body. Therefore, RADIANT is committed to deliver all inspection services in a fully independent & impartial manner.

To achieve & maintain the above strategic goal, RADIANT established & applied practical impartiality & conflict of interest arrangements based on the following principles:

Impartiality & conflict of interest regular risk assessments.

  • Training & awareness to all staff & sub-contractors on the meaning & importance of impartiality & conflict of interest.
  • Impartiality & conflict of interest regular declaration statements by all staff & sub-contractors.
  • Inclusion of impartiality & conflict of interest requirements in RADIANT’s code of conduct.
  • Inclusion of impartiality & conflict of interest requirements in RADIANT contracts & agreements with sub-contractors.
  • Monitoring, investigation, learning & continual improvement

It is the responsibility of RADIANT management to ensure strict compliance with this policy & all practical arrangements enacted under it, through the provision of leadership & recourses. On the other hand, it is the responsibility of all RADIANT staff & sub-contractors to strictly adhere to all applied RADIANT control measures to manage the risk of impartiality & conflict of interest.
