Radiant Safety Consultancy (RADIANT) is committed to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality in relation to information obtained (directly from client or from other sources) as part of RADIANT business activities.

To achieve & maintain the above strategic goal, RADIANT established & applied practical confidentiality arrangements based on the following principles:

 Awareness training about Importance of confidentiality to all staffs and sub-contractors.

• Confidentiality regular declaration statements by all staff & sub-contractors.
• Inclusion of confidentiality requirements in RADIANT’s code of conduct.
• Inclusion of confidentiality requirements in RADIANT contracts & agreements with sub-contractors.
• Monitoring, investigation, learning & continual improvement

 RADIANT is also committed to in-advance inform relevant client of information RADIANT intends to make public unless such information is made publicly available by client, or it is agreed between RADIANT & client to make it public.

When RADIANT is required by law or by contractual obligation to release confidential information, RADIANT is committed to notify relevant client in-advance, unless such notification is prohibited by law.

It is the responsibility of RADIANT management to ensure strict compliance with this policy & all practical arrangements enacted under it, through the provision of leadership & recourses. On the other hand, it is the responsibility of all RADIANT staff & sub-contractors to strictly adhere to all applied confidentiality arrangements.
