To achieve & maintain the above strategic goal, RADIANT established & applied practical confidentiality arrangements based on the following principles:
Awareness training about Importance of confidentiality to all staffs and sub-contractors.
RADIANT is also committed to in-advance inform relevant client of information RADIANT intends to make public unless such information is made publicly available by client, or it is agreed between RADIANT & client to make it public.
When RADIANT is required by law or by contractual obligation to release confidential information, RADIANT is committed to notify relevant client in-advance, unless such notification is prohibited by law.
It is the responsibility of RADIANT management to ensure strict compliance with this policy & all practical arrangements enacted under it, through the provision of leadership & recourses. On the other hand, it is the responsibility of all RADIANT staff & sub-contractors to strictly adhere to all applied confidentiality arrangements.
